About us:

It was only a few years ago that we first visited Costa Rica, but we knew right away that it was the place where we wanted to live.                                                            We traveled throughout the various provinces of in search of our "God’s Little Acre", our "Parcela De Dios" and we found it in Santa-Teresa.                                                The great potential this site’s topography held hidden within its uncultivated natural tropical foliage, was apparent to us.                                                                             We immediately began focusing our efforts on clearing overgrowth brush and shrubbery and improving the landscaping.                                                                     In a matter of months – an ocean view of the expansive water line, is afforded from every location of the site.                                                                                             

As newcomers to Costa Rica, we learned a great deal in a short time.                     Largely thanks to our highly capable team of local consultants.                          Working with Costa Rica’s reputable Attorney, Architect, Contractors and Vendors we can see our dream taking shape and being realized.
